I forgot to mention that in IE I get an error on the page:
tree is empty or no object
May be the reason is that I installed Magento directly in the root directory op my website instead of http://www.thepunch.nl/magento/

Nothing works. I’m searching the forums until now without result.
I do not see a category list under the ‘Add Subcategory’ button.
Any help is appreciated.
I installed Magento 1.3.2.3.
